Exchange doesn't check the incoming email size if still
within the mailbox qouta

Hi,

 Do we have solution for this? Exchange is accepting the email even if the
mailbox qouta is not enough to accomodate the message resulting to excess of
usage. A potential billing problem for hosters who offers fixed mailbox quota.
