HMC 4.0 Exchange 2007 OWA 404 if AutoDiscover website is started

I have followed the instructions to build the Hosted Exchange environment on top
of the HMC 4.0 environment. Whenever I try to browse to the OWA site from the
internet, I get a 404 - The page cannot be found error. OWA works find if I
browse to it from the internal network using the server name instead of
webmail.domain.com/owa. The only way I have found to get around this is to stop
the AutoDiscover website, but that obviously causes another problem. Is it
because both websites are using 443?

I assigned webmail.domain.com and autodiscover.domain.com the same external IP
address, and assigned the additional external IP address to
autodiscoverredirect.domain.com. Not sure what is going on, has anyone else
seen this issue?

All three sites must have unique IP addresses(for both HTTP and HTTPS) to be
able to work at the same time.

You will find more info about how to setup IIS for multiple sites:
