Hello

we are trying to implement HMC with 3 Server.

We have control panel running using http://cas01/SampleProvisioningUI/ and we
are able to

create create Organization

Able to Create user

Able to Subscrip PlatinumMailHosting Plan

Able to add SMTP Domain

Able to Available plan PlatinumMailbox

But when we are trying to create Create Mailbox for user then it end with the
error "Not enough free mail storage to satisfy this request"

Can someone help to get this resolve then that will be great help.

Thank you,

 Jay

Hello,

you have to tell the MPS about the available Storage and you have to assign it
to your Customer-org.

SampleProvisioingUI will not suffice for this. Easiest way is copy the Samples
out of the MPS SDK and process them with provtest.exe (on the prov.engine
Server).

Use "Exchange 2007 Resource Manager::QueryAllExchangeResources" to
have a look on the available ressources and "Exchange 2007 Resource
Manager::AddExchangeResources" to add new.

Do the same for the Customer org by using "Exchange 2007 Resource
Manager::QueryResourcesByOrganization" and "Exchange 2007 Resource
Manager::ReallocateOrganizationMailNoMove"

Filipp,

 Thanks for the response.

 I had tried all Query thing using XML but which was not showing any
resources.So finally re-installing the HMC. We are running short of time as we
need to move into hosting market as quick as possible.

Hopefully that will solve my issue.

 Thank you,

 Jay

Have you tried provtest'ing the AddExchangeResources.xml file?
