After following posts in here about Blackberry setup, I am not able to do lookup
on any address on the phone. Can somebody please help

So, what have you done?
In the BB Admin Guide is a description to implement a LDAP-Search. I think it's
quite comprehensive. Just some registry-Keys.... What misleaded me a bit on it
is, that there's some caching somewhere. So, if i doesn't work: check that the
attribute (you can use any Attribute you like, just specify it in the
LDAPCompanyField-Key) is the same for all users, which should see each other.
Than wait a day or so.
