Check:
1. OAB exists
2. OAB points to proper AL
3. Root PF for OAB exists on OAB server and has subfolders (Version 2, Version
3, Version 4, etc)
Try to re-build OAB. Enable OABGen logging before rebuild to see if it will be
successful.

Hi Dmitri,
I am so glad I see you helping me, I am in big trouble.
OAB exists in Exchange Management Console and Company OAL points to \Company AL.
Company OAL Public Folder exists, however there are no subfolders (Version 2,
Version 3a and Version 4). Same is true for test company I just created.
Shouls I rebuild OAB? If so, can you please tell me how?
Thank you
Alex

By default, in HMC environment, scheduled task HmOabUpdate is responsible for
triggering OAB rebuild for modified organizations. Be default, it happens ones a
day. So, it expected to have such problem in first 24 hours after first
MAPI-enabled mailbox creation (in organization). You can rebuild OAB at any time
from EMC, it is HMC-safe operation.

I did update on Company OAL and after that I was able to see version subfolders.
I also ran HmOabUpdate task from the MPS server. However, Outlook is still not
seeing Company AL (going to Send/Receive > Download Address Book, the only
option is Download Offline Address Book List, there is no \Company AL)
