Out of memory error

Hi - Using sapi 5.1.  I load a grammar - when I try to activate the grammar I
get error "7 Out Of Memory".  When I reduce the number of rules in my
c'n'c
grammar, the error goes away.  Is there a maximum to the number of rules
allowed in a grammar?  Is there a way that I can set the number of rules in
the grammar (e.g. like an attribute somewhere)?  Is there a minimum amount of
recommended memory?  The odd thing is, I get this error on one machine, but
not another.

Any help appreciated in advance.
