Position      : Strong .NET Resource with IVR/Speech experience.

Job Description:

Qualification:

In addition to strong .NET skills (C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, SQL Server
2005), we need the following:

*	IVR/Speech Recognition Development Required
*	Hands on experience on an IVR System
*	Integration knowledge of CTI Solutions / .NET ; Must have experience
integrating IVR with various back-end systems, databases, telephony
interfaces and CTI environments
*	Experience with Speech Recognition and Text-to-Speech technologies
*	Extensive hands on experience with debugging/tracing tools
*	Experience in XML concepts
*	Skills related to voice development include VXML , SALT
