System32 Folder opening up

System32 Folder opening up

There are various instances and causes of Dir:\Windows\System32 opening up.. on
startup  
can anyone have an idea of what would trigger this scenario and variety of
solutions if possible. 

* is it hardware device?
* is it software corruption caused?
* is it an a side dish for spyware's and malwares?

It's usually something the user did - like the last thing you changed before 
the symptoms started. Disable everything in Msconfig's Startup tab; does it 
still happen?

boot from boot.ini / via msconfig it doesnt open up but on basic clean boot and
advance it does open up.
