Running Vista Home Premium, all Windows updates current, Windows Defender
version 1.1.1505.0. Def's ver. 1.16.2420.2. wants to "Check for Updates
Now"
but it will not complete and says, "The program can't check for definition
updates"
Error found: Code 0x80240029. I can't find a solution... Any thoughts on
what to do??

It is oh so simple to fix...
