It seems that when there is no network connection on the Windows Mobile 6
device that the contacts become un-available. I have the HP Ipaq 111 which is
not a smart phone but just a windows mobile 6 PDA. Once I connect to a
wirelss network, all of my contacts from Outlook are available, but once I
shut off the wireless connection, all the contacts are not listed. It works
perfectly like this every time, even when I am connected over the USB cable.
Everything stays sync just fine, I can add to my Outlook contacts from my
blank list while disconnected, then later on it sync up but it seems like
