[ADMIN] mozilla.support.general is going away

Because of ambiguous purpose, this newsgroup is being renamed to
mozilla.support.other.  Unfortunately NNTP doesn't actually let us do
that.  So we'll be creating a new newsgroup named
mozilla.support.other, and once it's been created, this one will be
shut down.  If you are subscribed to the mailing list version, your
subscription will automatically be moved (you should receive a
subscription notice for the new mailing list in the next few days). 
Those using a newsreader will need to subscribe to the new group
manually.
