That's truly bizarre. And it changed twice, once from incorrect to
correct but with wrong time zone, then from that to completely

Dunno, on Sunday morning I noted that the computer time in XP was
correct for CDT, it changed by itself. I also noted that the caller ID
was incorrect which meant that COX Digital Phone service was not updated
yet, still CST which may have also meant that the HSI time via COX was
still on CST. Who knows ....
Posting a test to my own UFAQ on MY server showed the correct CDT time.
