if they do that, then they should also remove list managers.
And they should also remove the Mozilla Bully and his gang
from their horrible services.

Yes, there should be pics allowed, or another group.

I understand the attitude, but do not support it, by those in charge to
posting a relevant attachment to support a question and reply in a
relevant support group. I also understand, IIRC, that it's a Giganews
restriction to posting attachments in the support groups.

IMHO, it's not much of a support venue if relevant
attachments/screenshots cannot be posted in the same thread as the
support subject. Sure, there will be some spam related abuse but that's
the job of the forum/group monitor(s) to determine and deal with that issue.

That being said, it is MHO that Mozilla should find a new hosting server
so that those seeking help can benefit 100% by those experienced in
providing support and if the occasion calls for an attachment-screenshot
then that should be posted in the reply OR by the user asking for help.
To require that the poster provide a link to some other site where the
image is hosted is in some cases nonsense and counterproductive in those
cases where a hosting site is not available to the poster.

I also understand as well as condone although I have no say-so here in
the matter, that when the support groups here do not allow a screenshot
to be posted in the related group that 1) the image is to be posted in
MTMM or 2) a special group be added where the image CAN be posted. #2 is
the best choice IMHO.

PhotoBucket or ImageShack I think are safe, yes? And the poster could
link the image to one or the other.
