| The Mozilla Bully does have a grudge against me and I can prove it |

I signed up using another email address.
For my name I had The Purple Hippo. I sent a message to the
group. I got it back with the message "Message rejected by
filter rule match."
I changed name to GMP and sent another. Again it came back
with the same response. Conclusion: The Mozilla Bully is
blocking my IP Address. Maybe the entire isp block. I don't
know how to test that.
I tried with another address and a different IP.
So, you tell me! That sounds like a definitive grudge to me.

Silently. No need to report back here.

A grudge against the address doesn't mean a grudge against you: Some
publick blocklists track IP addresses which have been used by spammers
in the recent past. Some of these are dynamic addresses, which may
afterwards be attributed to someone else. If you have the bad luck of
being that "someone else", you'll be blocked.
See http://www.spamcop.net/fom-serve/cache/357.html for details.
Best regards,
Tony.

You IP is more than likely what's being blocked and or a range, such as:
NNTP-Posting-Host: 66.51.130.142
ALL : 66.51.130.142 : deny # denies just that IP
ALL : 66.51.130. : deny # denies 66.51.130.0 to 66.51.130.255
Whatever their software format, you're being IP blocked. And face it
(probably already have), you're never going to be UNblocked because,
IMHO, nobody in charge will admit the mistake. When I block someone on
my UFAQ for instance, it's usually for a good reason but sometimes it is
a mistake and when/if the user emails me questioning the action I have
ALWAYS responded with the reason. If it was in error, I send back an
apology and UNblock the user - always, without fail. To simply ignore
the situation is unreasonable and without merit, IMHO of course.
