I wouldn't file a bug -- there's nobody who's both got the clout to
(maybe) wake up the likes of Tera and got the time to spend trying to
do that, and there are too many servers doing what Tera is doing.

That sorta bug would classify as "evangelism" and there is a
selection
for that I believe .. If not, there used to be.
