If you're booting the same computer to both Windows and Linux, you need
to make sure Linux is seeing (and setting) the hardware clock to local
time rather than UTC.  The default for Linux is to use UTC, but Windows
can't do that.  Your distro should have instructions for making the hw
clock local.

With only five days to the real change back, I was not going to worry 
about it, but, given this clue, I'll have a go!
