Hey Jetcock...Thanks for the heads up.

I haven't done a FULL restore (including programs) all at once but I 
have restored many files and folders individually from the external HD.

Before I really trusted it I experimented a lot with restoring.

I haven't had any problems.  From what I understand the original Ghost 
*(in package)* was a bear to work with and lots of people had problems.

As far as uninstalling: I first had v10 and uninstalled it in order to 
install v12. It was easy and certainly didn't take 5 hours (Maybe 10 
minutes)..

I have no problems working with v12.  It's smooth and easy.
