Task still doesn't show

I had this problem in 0.7 and still have it in 0.8.  I must be doing 
something wrong.

I go to the task module and "click here add task"   Nothing opens and
if 
I type something in that line and Enter -- nothing happens.  No tasks 
show up anywhere.

The reminder screen now pops up when I open TB.   If I click Dismiss or 
Snooze, nothing happens.   I have to X out of the dialog box for it to 
go away.

Any thoughts?

Ciao,

I wanted to add a task and didn't see that I had chosen a calender with 
write protection. So Lightning sad that there is an problem with 
writing. After that I chose another calender for adding my task. But 
Lightning not wanted to add a new one any more. So I restarted 
Thunderbird. Now all my task aren't any more - big shit.

It's very strange. The tasks still there are (I know it because 
Lightning remind me for a task), but I don't see them any more.

What could I do?
