| The most basic question ever asked? |

I am using tbird and lightning .8.
I get meeting invites from Outlook users. But am unable to figure out
how to:
o Add them to my calendar.
o Send a reply, optionally editing the reply or maybe not sending a reply.
I tried drag-n-drop and it's like it wants to add the event but when I
click save-and-close nothing happens.
Right now I save the .ics file and import it, but that is a PITA.
I've looked at wikis, blogs, forums, newsgroups, faqs, knowledge bases,
to the rim of the galaxy and I just must not be asking the right
questions while searching.
Can someone kindly (or unkindly, I don't care at this point) tell me
