window to see the background process of sending and
receiving

I to everyone.
Someone know if exists a tb's plugin to view the background process of
sending and receiving multiple account mails ?
In outlook express or outlook when you send and receive mails appears
a window and you can see if there are errors in the process of
sending/
receiving mails.
Tb instead skip any account that has an error so you are not able to

hi,
not for now, AFAIK. The processes are briefly descriebed in the status 
bar, but the speed of it makes it rather useless for your purpose. (Note 
that an extension called MailTweak in journal.mozdev.org has an option 
to cache the statusbar texts and make it slower, but I think it also 
affects speed and other stuff). But you are talking about 2 things:
1. A "status" like the one in oe is something that is making the 
processs more transparent to the user and I subscribe to the need of 
such thing (or alternative) for better communicating to the user
2. The errors or such are mostly shown with alerts, AFAIK. Like the 
connection could not be established, conn timed out and other errors. 
So, basically, you do know if something is wrong.

So, I support the 1. idea. If there is something as errors that are not
