Seeing older blog postings for RSS feeds

I'm migrating from Google Reader (GR) to TB for reading blogs and such. 
Exporting feeds from GR and importing into TB was easy, but the number of 
entries per blog is often smaller in TB, because TB doesn't to back as far.  For

example, GR shows me 83 blog entries for Rico Mariani's Performance Tidbits 
(http://blogs.msdn.com/ricom/), but TB shows me only the most recent 15.  (The 
blog itself goes back to 2003 -- more entries than GR shows.)

Is there a way I can get TB to grab the entire posting history for this and 
other blogs, or at least to get as many entries as GR shows?

I can confirm that a maximum of 15 posts for a new subscription for this 
feed, as with many others.

I noticed that the oldest of these 15, is dated September 1st, 2007 and 
the newest is from February 29th, 2008.
So, there is not that much blog activity, lately....

I agree, but from browsing the older posts via Google or the blog directly, it's

clear there is useful information in them.  Given that the posts are still 
available, I'm looking for some way to tell TB to go get them.

Anybody know of a way to do this?

Hmm, I was looking for such also, and I think it may have to do with the 
actual blog settings, or should I say the link for the feed. For 
example, on blogger I found some clues about how to tweak some feed 
links by having some different stuff in the tail (/../. feed all etc 
can't remember now, ah!) but for wordpress I coudn't find any info, in 
forums or searches.

So I still have to digg a bit on some, while on others it may just
