Hi, I have the current version of thunderbird, 2.0.0.12, and various emails
sent to me show no content except an attachment even though text shows in
the popup new mail notifier. The emails are typiclly from automated
services such as boardgamegeek new content informing, but also password
change requests from various websites. These have included trillian so that
I can reactivate my chat engine.
Can anyone suggest a fix, with easy steps as I have limited computer
experience.
Please email me on psychman27@hotmail.com
thanks

What is the extension of the attachment file ?
If you activate 'Display attachment Inline ' option in 'View' menu and
also choose View > View Message Body As > 'Original Html' , can you see
