HTML pushes objects around

HTML pushes objects around

Anytime I insert HTML for a feed or something, it pushes the object next to
it (right, left, above or under) out of position. What gives?

I am using a text box and sizing it to the size of the coded width and
height and it pushes pictures and stuff out of it's way as if it is bigger
than it really is.

How are you inserting the HTML?

You should be using a text box (most of the time) and sizing the text box to
mach the size of whatever the code displays onscreen.

Thanks for your help, i wasn't locking the height. Not sure if you can help
with this or not...it's in NOF10, but, I have an XML feed that I need to add
to the page using the RSS tool ....does the .XML file have to be converted
to .RSS in order to work? I can add files that have the RSS extension but
XML extension does work. Sorry, for all fo the questions but you have been
the most helpful and quick.

Thanks Again

Chris

Are you sizing the width *and* locking the height?

If so, you shouldn't get any shifting.

If you're doing the above and still get shifting, try placing the text box
in a layout region on the page.

It could be something in the code you're inserting that's causing your
problem.

Would have to see it to have a better idea.
