Marja,
If you're talking about the scrollbar, it could be done by adding to the div
style, but would only work in IE.
Most, if not all, other browsers would ignore the formatting.

I have used this great tutorial several times

However I was wondering if I could change the colour of that bar?
I would like it to be white.
