You need a form-handling script.

Hi, got an annoying problem... (no, not BO)... I know there is another way 
of sending the data from the form on this site, without having to use a mail 
client... I know I did it years ago with front page (spit)... but cant work 
out how to do it with fusion......

forms button property looks nothing like 10...
