You just add it as an image asset and publish it to your root directory. Or
just FTP it there.
After that, it's up to a browser to recognize its presence.
Fusion or DW (or any other web design program) have nothing to do with it
showing up in a browser.
There's some code you can add to the head section in your home page HTML to
force the issue, but this isn't typically necessary.
