| The forms component do not support the swedish characters...å, ä, ö... |

When using the forms component (PHP) in NOF 9.0 and get mailanswers the swedish
characters å, ä, ö does not appear???? Have to open the published php-document
for the component and change....It is not the propper way???
Anyone who can give me the correct solution for this problem?
