Good morning.
I have a simple form on my website that, after a recent 'Publish', is not
working anymore.
The form is at: http://www.apipartners.com/html/info_request_form_2.html
As you will note when pressing the 'Submit' button, and error occurs.
The form was working fine until yesterday when I was selectively updating
and Publishing individual pages.
All of the other non-Form pages uploaded fine.
The 'Info Request Form' looks fine but doesn't work.
The Action field info is: /bin/formmail.pl
The Method is: Post

you may need to place formmail.pl in the bin folder
currently, your bin folder is empty
use and ftp software to check and fix
