Coffee Cup likes to put all it's files into a folder called myvideoplayer.
You can name it anything you wish but for clarity, I'll use the default.
You will need to copy & paste the player code into your nof page. Draw a
text box or table cell and hit Ctrl+T to bring up the code insertion box.
Save it. Then move that page to the coffee cup folder called
"myvideoplayer"
and replace the exisiting html file "myvideoplayer.html" Upload the
"myvideoplayer folder" and files to your remote server.
Go to www.yoursite.com/myvideoplayer/myvideoplayer.html to see the results.

Its not a real link, yoursite.com is a demo - to show where it should be
once the player folder and files are uploaded to server.
