Stacked Pages

Does each stacked page have its own unique page name? I want to store data 
internally using stacked pages and allow the user to access an individual 
stacked page via a javascript tool that creates a dropdown menu. Each item 
on the menu will be linked to a specific stacked page.

How do I identify the page name (for the url) of each stacked page?
