if you're talking about having the favicons show up in your bookmarks,
then here's what you do. In the address bar type in about:config and
look for this entry:
browser.chrome.load_toolbar_icons
when found, double click on it and change it to a 2
also, look for this entry:
browser.chrome.favicons
once found, double click on that and change it to true.
Now, restart Netscape.
And the favicons are stored in the cache.

I realize that favicons were an IE thing, but when NS 7.2 shows a
