Howto? Change File Owner with Visual Foxpro

Hello,

i do not know if this is the right
forum. If not, tell me, please.

I am a complete newbie to API
programming. So i need some basic
information.

We want to modify the File Owner 
of a specific file on a NW6.5 Server.

What DLL, Library, OCX or whatever
Module do i need to integrate in 
Visual Foxpro to gain access to the
Novell API?

Does anyone have some samples
of VFP code that shows NetWare specific
attribute handling?
