Attached please find an email thread between Novellgear's customer service
and me - read from the bottom up. Needless to say, I will NOT be ordering
the DVD. I wonder if the folks inside of Novell know what this
"Gatewaycdi"
company is doing.

utter nonsense.
I'll be complaining about this through the channels available to me in
Novell - mainly my sales rep, and the on-line discussion forums.

Hi Phillip,
I've exactly the same problem. And also, they've asked to send my credit
card information through email!!!
So, I asked Novell and Gatewaycdi to not to ship, but to make available for
download (for the same $25 costs)... But nobody answered.
Did you look the "availability"? Only 10 DVDs was shipped!!!
It's horrible, Novell has cut a great channel to understand their plans for
those who can't pay $1,500 + travel costs (about +$2,000 to me).
Novell, I'll tell again: "We pay $25, but make it available for
download!".
