CNA 6.5?

I know the 050-677 exam gives you CNA6 certification, I passed that, I
wouldn't mind getting my CNA6.5 before I go for CNE. Do I take the 050-681

The CNA 6.x exam based on NW 6.0 is 050-677, whereas the CNA 6.x exam based 
on NW 6.5 is 050-686.
There is no designation between the CNA 6.0 or the CNA 6.5 certifications. 
The title is CNA 6.x.
Same applies for the CNE. The title is CNE 6.x regardless of the path you 
took.
You can also mix between the NW 6.0 and NW 6.5 based exams to achieve your 
CNE 6.x
