It is mentioned in the course. You use the setupnw.exe /508 for windows
nt/xp and setup /508 for win9x

it's on page 3-10 of the 3016 course manual.

Granted I will admit to it being a small obscure detail, and only gets a 2
line passage in the course material. It is in the book. So the standard is
if it's in the course manual it's open for testing.

Better luck next time, and if you have any questions before doing the exam
again, feel free to ask here for clarifications. Either myself or someone
else will gladly answer your questions.

I will admit it is an annoying detail that even many experienced
administrators are probably unaware of.
I was also unaware of it or even whatever the rehabilitation act is, until
you posted your question.
I don't recall such a question when I passed my exam (in beta phase) about
two years ago, however it is there on the list of objectives.

But then you probably did not fail the exam just because you didn't know the
answer to this one question ......

I'm just annoyed that I failed. Thinking about the questions I feel I
should have passed. Trying to study over xmas time wasnt the best idea
probably, and it being my first ever exam I wasnt entirely sure what to
expect. I never realised the level of detail they would go into.
It would have been better if they could reword the question. I've been told
that most americans probably know what 508 means. A slight change to ask
about disability or accessability might be better than referring to an act
that sounds to me like something from the justice department regarding
released prisoners.
Is it really necessary to know the system requirements for netware 3 tho?

I am planning to resit in about 2 weeks, after which I hope I've remembered
every seemingly obscure detail!

YES - You should really do that !
They tend to go into bothering *details*, many of them are *exact* quotes of
bullets from the study guide.

Wishing you good luck - it isn't that difficult.
