I got my cert in the mail today - it says to visit
www.novell.com/community/cert/cna
I had a login that I had made previously, so when I use that to log in I get
"access control policies restrict access to this page"
yet when I try to manage my Novell account, I cannot add in my certification
number. What gives?

On http://www.novell.com/community/cert/ there is information on how to
set things up the first time - have you gone through those steps?

So I went there, accessed the database, accepted my info - and I see that
separate account now. However, it apparently still isn't linked to the other
account - because I'm still getting access is denied. I do not see the "My
Certification" link...

Hmmm, it sounds like something's not linked right - I'd send an e-mail to
edcustomer@novell.com - the folks there should be able to get this fixed
for you.
