| How do you get credited for tests? |

I passed the 050-696 test a couple weeks ago - now I'm ready for 050-707
and almost the 050-695.
The only thing that has me confused is: how do you get credited for
passing the exams? At the testing place they said I'd be emailed with
the info for getting the logo and such - but that never happened.
I'm going ahead with my other two tests - do I have to scan the results
pages and send them to Novell?

Nope.
The test results are automatically populated in the certification
database - if you go to http://www.novell.com/community/cert and follow
the instructions to tie your Novell Login to your certification record,
that will get things going.
At the moment, we are experiencing a problem with the data
synchronization - depending on when you took your test, you may be in the
group of people affected by the issue. We're currently working on a
solution, and hope to have it in place soon.

How long does it take to get access to the certification community?
I can get into the certification database and it shows the tests I've
passed - but the community page just says "Access to this page is
restricted because of access control policies".

Normally 24 hours, but you have to go through the "first time access"
steps as well - that ties your Novell Login account to your certification
record. Did you go through those steps?
