| No response from "practicumsupport@novell.com" - is that normal? |

Hi All,
I have sent a mail to "practicumsupport@novell.com" regarding a
recent
CLP9 exam I sat and have received no response or indication that the
e-mail has been received and is being processed.
I understand with the Christmas Holidays many many departments are
understaffed if at all.
Is the no response or indication that the e-mail has been received
normal or should I expect something in the new year?
Regards

Though Novell did not officially close this year at xmas.. Many have taken
flexible time off, so depending on when you sent the e-mail. It may only get
answered after the holidays. If you don;t receive an answer by end of next
week. I would send another e-mail. If you get no response. Then let me know
and I will escalate to someone who could at least get you mail to the right
person.
