implement idm with student information system

Has any implement novell IDM with their Student information System.  I 
have aeries and like know the possibility of implement it with many of our 
other web base product which host by many vendor in an k12 environment and 
to keep up maintain 22000 account is not a fun task.

We have at a few schools here in Sweden using IDM to manage
student accounts. Though I'm not familiar with aeries, I assume
it's a pretty custom app in use by most k12 environments. Over
here the systems in use differs a lot between different environments,
but they all have one thing in common and that's the ability to export
to csv files. This is what we use to populate IDM with and it works very
well.

I work with a lot of K12s and tieing their systems together.  Is Aeries
a Student info Database?
Will Aeries work with LDAP or a CSV file?
Does Aeries have a SIF driver?

Yes, Aeries is a student system that runs on SQL 2005.  What I want to do 
is that we have two apps that runs SQL 2005 and another runs om MySQL.  
Can  I use JDBC to sync input from Aeries into other system database 
because these database holds user accounts.  For instance Follett Destiny 
and Pdexpress but house user account in SQL 2005 and Moodle house their 
user account MYSQL. I want use IDM to populate the changes in field from 
aeries to all the other account without have to manually export from 
aeries and import to each of the dabase housing our Student information 
system, Library System, Staff Development System, and Moodle.

That shouldn't be a problem as IDM can work with both MS SQL and MySQL.
