Folder Redirectiong

I have read an article in cool solution to redirect my document with using 
of adm.

I have set it to the client.  What else I have to do to make it redirect 
to the users home directory in netware?

Nothing else. 
That .adm makes the registry changes needed.

We made the folder redirections without group policies, we just made the
registry changed directly (with Zenworks Applications).

I am confuse.  What key within the registry is need to be change.  Could

You can change all the keys you want to.. desktop, history etc.
the key for My Documents is Personal.
