| ZFD7 agent roll out and NetSupport School |

We have NetSupport School installed on our lab computers. When I try to
update the ZEN agent on machines that have NetSupport installed, it will not
complete the installation process and just hangs. This does not occur on
machines that are not running NetSupport. Does anyone out there have
NetSupport running and have seen this problem or know what may fix it?
