Out going e-mail issue

I'm having a problem with one of my users not being able to send out going 
e-mail unless she types in her address with MHDOM:username@mhasd.k12.wi.us 
 If she puts in just her name it won't be delivered.  I've racked my brain 
on this one it must have something to do with our post office domain.  But 
it only happens to this one user.  I redo her account a number of times 
with no luck. 

Are you using Groupwsie? If so, please post your message in one of the 
Groupwise forums.
