login problems from home
Mon, 10 Dec 2007 18:10:24 GMT
I cannot login to my Groupwise account from home. I can login to my
Groupwise account from any other location, but whenever I try from home, I
get a message stating, "Your login is not current. Please login
again."
I really need to have access from home, and do not know what else to do,
or what the underlying problem is...

Please help!

Try having your password reset in Groupwise in Console One.

I am a teacher...not the tech person in charge of the Groupwise accounts
for our school. So, I apologize, but that response really doesn't make
sense to me. What/where is Console One, and if I change my password, will
that really make a difference? I can access my account from any other
computer, except my desktop at home. So would it be a password problem or
I am missing something on my desktop?

Console One is the application that your tech person uses to manage
Groupwise. He/She will have to change the password.

Another thought, assuming that you are accessing your e-mail with a web
browser, try clearing the cache in the browser and delete the temporary
internet files.

You didn't give a lot of info. I agree with the post before this to try
clearing your cache. Also, What web browser are you using from home? If
you are using AOL. Log in to AOL, then open internet explorer. to
access you groupwise portal.
