Lightspeed and Novell Vista Client...

I was wondering if anyone had any luck with using Lightspeed user agent
with Novell Vista Client.

We are using Lightspeed for our filtering system in our district and
our two Vista machines aren't using the user agent correctly.  When I
go to HR reports on the Lightspeed server, it won't show me the Novell
username.

I have been in contact with Lightspeed and they basically said it's a
Novell Vista issue (since it works when Novell isn't installed) and
there is nothing they could do for me.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions you may have.
