| School Email/Attatchment Problem |

Hey I've been having this problem alot where Admins & Students can send
attatchments but not Staff.
we are using Outlook Web Access (OWA) and ive tried looking for a
solution on the web for quite some time now... The school currently has
been fixing the problem by re-imaging school machines but I wish to find
the real reason of the problem.
