| School Email/Attatchment Problem |

Hey I've been having this problem alot where Admins & Students can send
attatchments but not Staff.
we are using Outlook Web Access (OWA) and ive tried looking for a
solution on the web for quite some time now... The school currently has
been fixing the problem by re-imaging school machines but I wish to find
the real reason of the problem.
basically the problem is you can send emails fine but if u try to add
an attatchment, when you click "Browse" it closes the attatchment
window instantly.
ive tried playing around with the windows pop-up blocker and holding
CRTL and clicking and a few otehr little things...
help xD

I wanna add to that now.
I just disocvered if staff tries to download something it closes all
open web browsers.
