ucx - volume manager

I thought I would like to change the volume restrictions for users using 
a web interface.

I have found the ucx component that will do this and seems to work OK 
with PHP.

This though works for the local server, but I would like to manage a 
remote Netware server. Is this possible?

I did find a document that referred to doing this through the Netscape 
server and providing the tool. The Netscape server was a while ago now, 
would it be possible in the Apache/Netware environment?

I have test scripts like those in your link running.
Looking at the NSN docos further, I notice there are server and client 
socket ucx components that could probably make what I had in mind possible.
