Error as incorrect dos version

In our office we have installed software develoeped in Foxpro 2.6. The 
software use the Report.com for viewing report generated in the software. 
But when we are generating reoprt i give error message as "Incorrect Dos 
Version" we have used SET COMSPEC=C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND.COM but still problem

is there.
