time zone change

how do we change the time zone for our calendars. Indiana is new to 
changing our clocks, so have not had this issue before now. Is there a 
way to change it in one place, versus changing each individual 
appointment? When we change the individual appointment, it changes back

Through the GroupWise Options you can tell it what settings to use.
IIRC, by default it uses the same settings as Windows does.

Nancy,

I am afraid there aren't any easy answers.  It is very specific to your 
environment.  You could write an app to do adjust the times, or allow people 
to do it by hand.
