wsdl error: bad path to WSDL file

Hi.

We have some nsbs nw6sp5 and nw6sp4 servers with a web in apache 2.0.54 
and php 4.2.4 that execute a sentence like this: 

$xSoapclient = new soapclient
('http://XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX/transxml/EcoXML.asmx?WSDL','wsdl');

It works fine.

Now, we put the same web in some nsbs nw65sp4 or nw65sp5 and get the 
error: wsdl error: bad path to WSDL file
We tried with some versions of apache server 2.0.48 until 2.0.55 and 
php4.x.x
